What and how do you grow?

We grow seasonal vegetables using traditional, spray-free, and organic methods.

Where do you grow your produce?

Our produce is grown in an open-field in Riverhead, Auckland.

I would like to order fresh produce from you. How long does delivery take?

Deliveries take place every Wednesday (including public holidays). All orders are collected by midnight on Monday to ensure timely processing. Please note: Delivery times are not scheduled, but we'll ensure your order arrives within our designated delivery window.

Do you provide delivery services throughout Auckland?

We offer delivery services in Auckland. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Can I return my used boxes for recycling/reuse?

Absolutely! Please note during checkout if you'd like to return or donate your box. Simply leave it outside your front door for easy collection.

What steps should I take if my order is incomplete or incorrect?

If you encounter any problems with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out. Contact us at info@macasgreenfam.co.nz or via website chat within 24 hours, including photos of damaged items and your packing slip. We're committed to resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

How do I enter and apply promo code?
